Regular Students Registration Forms

.نمبر ١: فارم کو دھیان سے بھریں اپنے نام کا تلفظ/اسپیلنگ اپنی گورمینٹ آئی ڈی کے مطابق فارم میں بھریں.

No. 1: Fill the form carefully Fill the form with the pronunciation/spelling of your name as per your Government ID.

نمبر ۲: فارم میں پاسپورٹ سائز فوٹو لگائیں فوٹو میں دونوں کان نظر آئیں اور فوٹو سیدھا ہو سیلفی نا لگائیں اور نا دو بار فارم بھریں ورنہ فارم رد/کینسِل کر دیا جائے گا اور اس کے ذمہ دار آپ خود ہوں گے

Number 2: Upload a passport size photo in the form, both the ears should be visible in the photo and the photo should be upright, Do not upload a selfie or double form otherwise the form will be rejected/cancelled and you will be responsible for it.

نمبر ٣: انٹرینس میں کامیاب ہونے کے بعد گزشتہ ارادے کی پاس مارکشیٹ یا تصدیق نامہ جس میں نام ولیت کے ساتھ یہ بھی لکھا ہو کہ کامیاب ہے جامعہ میں جمع کر کے اپنا داخلہ مکمل کرائیں

No. 3: After successful in the entrance, you can complete your admission by submitting the previous year class passed marksheet/certificate or Passed or Failed Marksheet issued by Madrasa.

نمبر ۴: ۶۵% ثامنہ والے ہی تخصص میں فارم بھریں.
